Wedding Season is Approaching….

…yay!  I love wedding season!!  Don’t know if I’ve mentioned that before!?

So in readiness for the confetti to start falling I’ve made a card for that special occasion…oh and for the challenges over on Make it Monday and Crafty Creations where “Anything Goes” .

So…this is a 15cm square card with 2cm cut off the front and a border added.  I’ve used the scalloped edge from Stampin’ Up! here.  I’ve then cut a mat and mimicked the border.  I’ve run it through my Big Shot to add the Stampin’ Up! Vintage Wallpaper embossing and stuck it flat to the front of the card blank.

I’ve then cut two squares and matted one in the gorgeous Elegance Designer paper.  I’ve offset the squares and stuck them together and the 3d’ed them to the front of the card.

I’ve added an image from the very versatile Fun & Fast Notes stamp set and coloured it using Cherry Cobbler (very confidently because my Color Coach told me this colour would work!)  I’ve finished it off with a few pearls and a ribbon twist because…well…it is for a wedding!
