MFT Color Challenge

I'm joining the lovely challenge over on MFT Color Challenge today.

I'm using my my Sheltering Tree stamp set from Stampin' Up!  So easy to make a scene using it....I'm hoping this conjures up feelings of hazy, summer afternoons:

Sunshine!

Last card for the weekend!  I've had it in my head for the Sunshine and summer challenges around. So using my new Garden in Blooom stamps from Stampin' Up, I've made.....

.....another row of flowers!! YAY!

One Layer.....and Masculine?

It's always a favourite......Cards for men! That's the theme on Simply Less is More this week. Oh and it has to be one layer too!

For such a simple card, I've used three Stampin' Up sets!  The splodge is from Sheltering Tree, the flowers are from World of Dreams and the sentiment is from Sprinkles of Life.

I've used the colours from the challenge on The Paper Players too;  Mint Macaron, Smoky Slate and Sahara Sand.

I asked my hubby if this was man enough, and I think it just about scrapes through!  It's all right for an old man, apparently!

Christmas in July

Getting ahead with Christmas stock is something I vow to do every year....and every year it's a mad rush and family usually end up with a New Years card instead :-)

I'm inspired by the Christmas in July challenges....today!! Hope I can keep it up! :-)

I've used the colours from The Paper Players challenge and the Endless Wishes set from Stampin' Up!  I've finished it off with a bit of bling on the snowflakes.  So....that's one card ready for the Christmas rush!

Summer Flowers

So I have the new Garden in Bloom set from Stampin' Up!  It's lovely...but my creativity is stunted! After a whole week of looking at them, I finally cracked them open and stamped....a row of flowers!
*sigh*
